Bocconcini, Grape Tomatoes with Basil and Pepper drizzled with Glenlee Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon

This is a terrific summer salad dish or use as a light starter before any main meal.

Simple and easy to prepare, the fresh ingredients are enhanced well by the extra tang of lemon infused into the olive oil. For a variation try our Extra Virgin Olive Oil with mandarin to really experience the tastes of great citrus fruits.

Garlic Naan Bread with Balsamic and Glenlee Extra Virgin Late Harvest Olive Oil 

A great starter before a meal at anytime of the year.

Bake your Garlic Naan bread and serve fresh straght from the oven. Roughly tear the bread into good sized pieces. Into a small dipping bowl simply pour a generous amount of Glenlee Extra Virgin Late Harvest Olive Oil and add about one third the amount of good quality Balsamic Vinegar. Do not combine. Simply add to your table along with the bread and enjoy.

Crusty Italian Bread with Glenlee Extra Virgin Early Harvest Olive Oil and Flaked Salt

Many fine dining occassions start with the simplest pre meal dish.

What could be more simple and cost effective than Crusty Italian Bread served with Glenlee Early Harvest Extra Vigin Olive Oil and flaked sea salt. Visit the Deli and grab some ciabatta bread, warm it in the oven.Pour some oil into a dipping bowl and add some fresh rosemary leaves and let it stand for an hour. Serve with your bread on a timber bread board along with a mound of the salt. The aroma will be great and the presentation is quick and effective.

Greek salad with Glenlee Gourmet Olives

This is a great meal or snack for summer. As you can see it is healthy and presents well.

Drain your selection of Glenlee Olive Grove Gourmet Olives. Roughly cut your selection of mediterannean style vegetables of red and yellow capsicum, zucchini, spanish onion and pre prepared egg plant. Add a generous amount of olives along with fetta cheese. For extra zing add a small amount of Glenlee Olio Nuovo or Glenlee Extra Virgin Lemon infused Olive Oil. Garnish with basil leaves for an appetising presentation.

Vegetable Rissoto with Fungi and drizzled Glenlee Olio Nuovo 

Rissotto can be enjoyed all year round and by using Glenlee Olio Nuovo your tastebuds will enjoy an extra amount of zing.

Prepare your choice of rissotto. In this instance we have used a vegetable rissotto with a selection of Fungi sprinkled through out and ontop. Olio nuovo can be used in place of pepper in the cooking process as well as an addition at garnish. This oil supplies the characteristics of youth and exhuberance to the meal.

Oven Roasted tomatoes with Bocconcini and Glenlee Gourmet Olives

This dish can be served warm in winter and cool in summer.

Simple and easy to prepare, slice your roma tomatoes so that they are chunky and place on a baking tray. Lightly coat the tomatoes with any of the Glenlee Olive Oil range to your taste. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil and rosemary and place in the oven on medium heat untill cooked to your liking. Serve in a large bowl with sliced Buffalo Bocconcini and Glenlee Olive Grove Gourmet Olives. Grab a bottle of Australian Semillon, kick back and enjoy.

Atlantic Salmon Fillets pan fried with Glenlee Lemon Olive Oil on a bed of Kipfler Potatoe Slices 

If you like a variation on fish and chips.. you will love this!

Simply prepare a piece of Atlantic Salmon fillet by coating with Glenlee Olive Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon and a little salt. Shallow pan fry (or bake in the oven), being careful to keep the skin in tact. Prepare the Kipfler potatoes and shallow fry in any Glenlee olive oil. Quickly shallow fry some English spinach. Serve the dish by layering the potatoes , spinach and salmon. Garnish with a splash of oil around the plate along with some parsely.

Stuffed Capsicums filled with Glenlee Gourmet Olives and mince

This dish is a great winter warmer and looks geat once served.

Combine your stuffing mix. This could be vegetable based or a cooked spicy minced meat mix. Cut out the stem of the capsicum and scrape out any of the seed etc. Fill the capsicum with the mix and add some de-pipped, sliced Glenlee Gourmet olives to the top. Pour a generous amount of Glenlee Olive oil over the top to create a nice glaze. Place on a baking tray into the oven until the capsicum is cooked. Finish the presentation of the dish with herb garnish and shaved parmesan cheese.
